Alternatively, there is a cigar/wine shop called Galleriya Gradusov near Tulskoe Metro, a lot of the more upscale bikers smoke there, maybe it's an easier way to meet guys. Oh yeah, there is a biker bar in Moscow it's either Sextant or Sextan or something like that, you can look it up.
