There is a ban on selling Black Caviar. You could not see them in supermarkets.

Can anybody recommend a good place to buy 100g jars of black caviar?
(I need the properly packaged caviar suitable for giving as a present, not
the bulk kind).
I was in a couple of supermarkets and saw a very wide variation in prices, so
I decided that maybe someone here knows a good place to buy it.
