Hi there listers and others -- Can anyone throw some light on the process for getting a Kazakh visa whilke living as an expat im Moscow. On the website it states clearly that people from Ireland and other European countries do not need an invitation to go there .Yet when i called the Kazakhstan consulate they told me I did .
