Actually, foreigners can not donate blood. I don't know what's up with that, but we had a blood drive last year at RIA Novosti, where a whole shitload of foreigners are (including Russia Today) and they wouldn't take our blood. seems very odd since we all go through blood tests and STD tests every year.
