Dear All,

I tried to get a Russian visa in Poznan 18 months ago, and the Consulate
refused without my submitting registration in Poland as an EU citizen. It
seems likely that this is an absolute requirement of the Russian authorities
rather than an idiosyncratic idiocy of the Poznan blokes.

Kind regards,
