With all due respect, the flat is heavily overpriced. Larger one-room flats
with near-Euro remont can be had for 31,000 to 33,000 rubles.

A friend of mine is looking for a new long-term tenant to his one-room
apartment at Planetnaya St. (Dinamo). Price is 30 000 RUR + the utilities.
The apartment is nice and cozy, you can see the link to the pictures
below. It's not far from the metro, 5-10 mins walking distance through a
nice park (10 mins is for me on high heels:)). The apartment was basically
