Thanks for the information Allison. I have heard that there are agencies that will get the visa quickly in Kyiv but the cost is $500-$600. It was interesting to hear about Vilnius. I had received visas in Riga a couple of times, then the rules changed so I went to Vilnius and got it quickly but that was years ago. Regards Charles
