Hi Ron: I would use Parcel Post or Even the US Post Office Express Mail Service to send it from the USA - Both are very Reasonable.
However, since it is a US Version; it will only play NTSC Disks, which are not available in Russia or Europe (Only PAL Disks are) - NTSC Wii Disks can be purchased in the Gulf Countries and in China in English also. BUT GETTING Wii GAMES in RUSSIA OR ANYWHERE ELSE IS NOT A PROBLEM. Because your Children can download Wii Games in ISO Image files off the Internet for Free; they just Google "Free Downloads Wii Games" - then they choose a Site and then choose NTSC or PAL. (There are Hundreds of Games to Choose from - even the latest ones). They download a Torrent File and then begin the download.. There are even tutorials on the download sites to take you step by step through the process of downloading and burning a disk yourself. These Wii Games are downloaded by using Bittorrent; So, you need a Bittorrent Downloader program like UTorrent (Google that) and a Computer with DSL or Cable Service. You can then burn DVD-R Disks (Use a slow Speed of Burn - 2 or 4, so as not to lose any little bits during the Burn - also important - use only DVD-R Disks as some Wii's don't recognize DVD+R disks) of the ISO Image using a Free Program called gburner (Google that also).. Now to use these Self Burned DISK; you will also have to install a MOD Chip (Sony sells them as do several other Manufacturers - Google Wii Mod Chips). Basically you lift the cover and just install the MOD CHIP by snapping it in Place. The New Sony Wii's can be bought with a Mod Chip Installed).Garbushka (Spelling) Market in Moscow also has MOD Chips for Sale - they will even install it for you. What the Mod Chip allows you to do is to use a Self Burned copy of a Disk that you Purchased or Downloaded (The Mod Chip bypasses the Original Maker Code on the Original Disk, so it now will play just like an original disk) - so that you eliminate the Risk of damaging the original Disk during use. This is quite Necessary if you have Younger Kids using the Disks as the Originals would get scratched up fairly fast and become unusable. Now; Sony even recognizes that people are doing this; so they offer MOD Chips also for Sale or Wii with pre-installed Mod Chips in them and Sony also has a Tutorial on how to Burn your own Disk Copies for use instead of using the original disks. If you need further help; please Email me. Hi Ron Don’t bother to bring the Wii – get one here. They cost about the same and the US version will not work with games purchased here. It’s the NTSC PAL thing. It is a Nintendo Wii I bought for my kids birthday and it got stranded in the US. (Somebody was supposed to bring it a month ago but did not). My kids are ready to kill me. If anybody is coming to Moscow who can bring it, I will be very grateful. If yes, send me an email or call me (+7 985 764-9763, or 1-877-309-9242 from the US).
