Might anyone know if it is possible to attach a listserv-type function (like the expat list) to a blog (on Windows)? Kind of "like what you see, want a daily e-mail of this blog? - sign up for the daily [listserv-type] e-mail". I looked around the Internet but it seems the blog-listserv link is dead; pun accidental!
