there is an option of free and multi-language TV - Hotbird (12 000 RUR)  or 
Astra satellites (9000 RUR) - you pay once for the installation and watch your 
whole life for free 400 + 50 chanels. No limits for installation, consult each 
service that can do it, if needed can arrange via me - I will send adress and 
phone of the company.
