Hi all, I've spoken to the Embassy and a colleague of Helene Lloyd and there is no scam. She just offered to help gather names/numbers etc and the Embassy are grateful.
I guess that the owner of the PR company is also quite happy now they've had all this publicity ;( Sorry to cause such a fuss.
