Dear Julia, We took my daughter to an English kindergarten (only native English speaking teachers, with Russian speaking assistants) when she was 3. Prior to this she could only say a few English words. The result was entry into the Anglo-American School as a native English speaker. If you are interested, I shall try finding the number and address of the school
