I'm looking for a contact to a corporate "apartment hunter," who puts up
expat managers long-term.

In essence, we just moved to a new flat (privatized), and I have plans for
extensive "remont" (home improvements). Before I go insane with smart rooms
and heated toilet seats, I'd like to consult with a professional who rents
out apartments to incoming managerial staff, and find out what comforts are
most valued. I'm an American, but I've been dealing with post-Soviet crap
for so dang long, that I could use a contemporary opinion.

This will be an ideal place for a long-term couple and a child (2 kids if
they're small), or other, similar, logistical person-per-meter variants.
Whoever consults me will get dibs on the most favorable agreement when we
rent out the place.

Please email me at: [email protected]

Now, as for the REST of you rowdy rabble (!!), please don't bombard my box
with silly suggestions regarding what crap I ought to cram into our crib,
unless they're really funny. (If they're really, *really* funny, I'll post
a Top 10 List to the list.) :) No, but seriously, if you live in a
corporate-rented apartment beyond the Third Ring, please do let me know what
things you like and dislike about your pad. That helps too. :)

Cheers!

-Alex
