Nick, Regarding your medical Russian to and from English translation request, I have two resident Medical Doctors as part of my weekly English group. They are trained surgeons whose command of phrasal verbs is stronger than most Americans and Brits.
They can do written or verbal translation. Send me the details and I will pass-along them to my doctor students to contact either you or the family concerned.
