Depends on Amazon. UK Amazon 2-3 weeks (depends on books) + up to 1 week delay if they do not send it via DHL then it can take much longer. My experience is 2.5 months with DHL - 2 complaints in Amazon. If sent by UPS then 2-4 days - no delay always on time. but unfortunately you can't really chose the courier.
DE Amazon if not sent by DHL then 1-2 weeks (depends on books) with no delay. With DHL - never. I cancelled one delivery which was meant as a gift as DHL was 2 weeks late and no further movement from Germany where it was stuck for a week though they should deliver it in 4 days.
