Kimberly: Tri Kita, Tvoi Dom and Grand have huge lighting sections -- they usually have several items in stock, but if they don't -- they just take the chandelier (or whatever) off the ceiling/wall and pack it up for you. Some pieces are very pricey, but still less than in specialty shops. You can also check out some of the outdoor building supply markets (like the one on the MKAD by Merlin/Ashan).
