Dear readers of this forum, I happen to live in another flat that belongs to the same landlord. After Mr. Rees posting on this subject I felt that I needed to intervene in the name of correctness on this matter.
For anyone that would consider this flat: first of all, I can honestly only say good things about this landlord and I know they would never intend to cheat anyone, hiding less attractive facts about a flat etc. And secondly, they do not need to since I know that there are no problems with the flat in question, on the contrary, it is a highly attractive appartment! Thirdly, as for the reasons of this flat changing guests a couple of times last years: As everybody knows last period has been turbulent for the rental market of flats. The landlord happened to rent to people that for various reasons had to leave not only the flat but had to leave Russia. So that is that! If anyone has any questions about this landlord, please do not hesitate to contact me (by private email) for references, and I will truthfully pass them on.
