Rob here, I have an apartment in the center, in "House on the

I've been living in it for the last 6 years while I attended medical school.
It's been a bit "neglected", shall we say?
It is about 45 or so square meters, has 2 rooms, and is halfway
renovated (jacuzzi and some floors are tiled and heated). But it needs a bit
of work to finish off (no garnitur/kichen-cabinets), window sills needs a
little "something", and so on.
I'm planning on going back to the states soon - USMLE (US medical
licensing exam) and residency, and so on. I don't need rent money. I need
the place fixed up while I'll be gone. If anybody's interested, I would be
open to an offer to fix the place up in lieue of outright rent, if the
person can actually do this? (eg - buy an air conditioner and have it
installed, buy a large screen plasma TV, etc - count the cost against the
rent). If you're interested, please do feel free to get in contact?
I will be coming back and forth and staying in one of the 2 rooms. The
other one, along with the rest of the place, might be up for let to the
right person, at a reasonable price. Again, I need the place cleaned up,
fixed up, just "nicer".
