Dear All, As some of you may know, from time-to-time I am asked by major law firms, to help them find high-quality marketing and business development staff in Europe.
Well this is another one of those times and I am pleased to announce an exciting new position in Moscow for some lucky candidate (see more below). Why might someone be interested in this job? Here are a couple interesting reasons: It's a real business development role. Sadly, many positions in this region do not offer support staff the opportunity to really work alongside partners, to advise them and have client contact. But in this role, it is not only encouraged, it is expected! It is a regional position. Although the candidate should be based in Moscow, to support the largest transactions, they will be expected to identify and foster cross-selling opportunities with others in the practice group across the CIS/CEE region. It might be the only way you can get a substantial pay raise. Like it or not, it is a fact that many professional firms try to keep costs and budgets as low as possible for marketing and business development support staff. If you are interested in finding out more please contact me. If you know someone who might be interested then please forward this email to them.
