Den, All postal and courier deliveries go through Moscow International Post Office which is also the only customs clearance point. So far as I saw on Fedex and other sites they stopped deliveries to private addresses. Snail mail may work, but chances are very low. Anyway, have a look at http://www.customs.ru/en/ftravelers/Correspondents1/ first.
