NOTE: regarding DHL in the USA.

DHL has NOT "closed all their USA operations a few months after the initial
Crisis of Sept 2008".

DHL no longer handles city to city deliveries INTERNALLY in the USA,

DHL still operates its original international shipments to and from the USA.

I recently used DHL in Houston to send documents to Moscow.
