Hi Liz, If you have healthcare coverage, EMC is a good facility with all English speaking doctors. There are also the AMC and SOS clinics in Moscow which have Western standard medicine. Not sure though, if you are looking to go local, as you would most likely have to go to a clinic where you are registered to live or just find some place and pay out of pocket.
