hi !
I was wondering how it works if you keep going in and out of Russia? 
I spend 4 to 5 weeks in Russia, then leave the country also for 4 to 5 weeks , 
then come back and so on.
Is it the cumul of 180 days over the year?

technically this only applies to visas longer than 90 days...
