Hello all, I have a rug in the US that I wish to ship to Russia. It is not new, I already own it, but it is large and heavy (14' x 23') which is why I need to ship it. The question is, what are the customs barriers? Do I still have to pay import duties on my own, non-purchased, used rug? If not, how do I go about securing the proper documentation?
