The Airline is jointly owned, 49% by Indigo (they also have holdings/control of Wizz, Spirit, Tiger & Volaris) and 51% Alfa Bank (you may recall Alfa running a similar racketeering at Tanker-BP) So, it's that simple. Kick out the expats, ignore the foreign investors and steal the company. Be warned!
