I haven't found gluten-free bread, but Jaganath on Kuznetsky Most has a huge
variety of rice, corn, and other gluten-free flours as well as gluten-free
(mostly rice) pasta. Azbuka Vkusa (especially the one in the little mall on
Neglinnaya ulitsa) has some good (and very pricey) Italian gluten-free
pastas. Most of the big chains (like Perekryostok) now sell a line of flours
that include some gluten-free ones.
