I have just heard from the people I use to process visas in London that the Russian Embassy is now only issuing visas on a six working day basis. They have dropped the two day rapid option. This is a huge problem for me (and for many) as I need to renew a visa shortly and do not want to have to sit in the UK for that time. Can I get a double-entry tourist visa for Russia from another country at short notice or do I have to get it from my own country (I am a UK passport holder)?
