Then what is the correct approach to these throwaway comments. Usually the
officer makes s statement to say that he has formed an opinion that the
driver is under  the influence of alcohol and invites the driver to blow
into the breathalyzer. If the driver refuses then a sample is taken blood
or urine. This should happen in a controlled environment because it could
be argued that the sample was contaminated .

What is your advice ?
