Hi Alex

Are you employed by a Russian entity? If so your tax should be deducted 
automatically. You should be paid twice a month and the second payment should 
be net of the taxes you need to pay. If you are on a 3 year work permit as a 
HQI then this will be tax on a minimum of 2 million roubles per annum. A 1 year 
permit allows you to earn less than this.
