Our two professors’ apartments are empty for various parts of August-Sept, and we decided that renting them to get a little extra money for our scholarship fund would be a good idea in this crummy economy. We have one large studio apartment at Tikvinskaya Ulitsa (10 min walk from Mendeleevskaya metro), basic décor but neat and clean, available for 3000p a night or 45,000 for the month from now through end of August. We have another smaller studio, but much more lux décor (AC, smart TV, whirlpool tub) on Chayanova Ulitsa (5 minutes walk from Novoslobodskaya, 10 from Mayakovskovo) available from Aug 13 to Sept 13 at 4500 rubles a night or 60,000 for the month.
