It's not necessary to have a qualification to teach English here, people will 
still take you on if you are a native speaker, at good rates as well, but I 
would certainly advise doing the CELTA course, which will give you even more 
credibility. 

There's only one school in Moscow certified to provide the CELTA course, I 
think it's called BKC, and it's run by International House, who originally 
created CELTA.
