Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my room in a shared apartment with there expats from April 6th. The apartment is centrally located in a top location (Prechistenka street) close to three metro stations (Park Kultura, Kropotkinskaya, Smolenskaya). It's a charming, clean, quiet and safe place in an embassy area. All facilities are in place (WiFi, microwave, washing machine etc.) There are three bedrooms in total of which two are occupied by young professionals.The room that is being rented includes a queen size bed and looks out on a quiet garden with lots of trees. Cleaning comes once a week.
The area: there is a 24-7 deli and a nice wine store across the street. A good gym/spa and an open air swimming pool are one block away. Latest "It" bars/restaurants are also nearby. Let me know if you have any questions. Hope to hear from you, Anne
