Nope, Star Office is not available as a RPM file, just an installer.
Star Division has a rather unique signup to be a user, so the only known
way is to go through the signup procedure, get your key and then
download the app (about 70 megs, all told). I just got through
installing it 2 days ago and t rocks.
I would also suggest trying a program like Get Right (well, that's the
name for the windows app, anyone got one for Linux?) I had to restart
the download about 14 times till it was done.
