A friend of mine with a SBAWE 64 card found the exact same situation
with RH5.2 versus RH6.0. He said that he recompiled the kernel and that
worked. What is the name of the the M5.3 SBAWE module? Is it still
available under M6.0? I don't know myself, but in my RH box, under
/lib/modules/blah/blah/blah, there is a "awe_wave.o" module. If that's
it, then recompiling the kernel won't do much. But if it isn't then
recompiling will make the proper driver for you.
