There are 2 ways.
1. Install the Netscape 4.51 rpm's. Netscape 4.6 is buggy as crap.
2. rename /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/app-defaults/Netscape to something else.
Netscape recommends against installing the global app-defaults file
anyway.
