Kickstart is only supported with the standard boot image. For FTP and
HTTP, there was not enough room to leave it, because the boot image must
have additional libraries.
NFS works great tough, and it's really easy to configure on a Linux box.
If you're stuck with an NT machine, you might want to get NFS Maestro from
www.hummingbird.com, they offer a trial version.
