I've never seen this... Are you sure it's not a hardware problem? Memory
Access Faults are the errors that occur when you're using broken (or
overclocked) RAM. [there are other possible explanations, just trying to
make sure it's not a hardware problem before spending some hours to debug
and find out it is. ;) ]
