[expert] mandrake cd for 0.95$

I just looked at http://www.lsl.com/
They have mandrake 6.0 cd's for 0.95$ . They also have redhat 6.0 for free !
I'm not counting shipping. So why is redhat free while mandrake costs 0.95$
?  Also on the picture of the mandrake cd it says i386(venus) . I thought
that  mandrake 6.0 was compiled for i586 ?
