Hello Tom,

Just wanted you to know that I *don't* work for Mandrakesoft, neither do I
have any business relationship with them.

I am an ISP and use linux for a living. RedHat support sucks, Slackware is
outdated, Caldera's Closed Linux is not updated fast enough, and Debian is
too purist for me. I have chosen Mandrake because it's simply the best
distribution I have ever seen.

I am helping with Mandrake development because it's my way of having some
control over my preferred Linux distribution, and sharing back to the
world some of the work I do for my business. I was planning on developing
my own distribution, but Mandrake fits 95% of what I need, so I spend my
time on the 5% that doesn't fit my needs.

If I had enough money, I would sell my ISP business and become a full-time
Linux developer. Unfortunately, I have to pay my bills, so I can only
spend about 12% of my job on Linux development. (*sigh*)
