[expert] netscape problems

netscape sometimes closes all open netscape windows when i close just one.
i've tested 4.61, 4.51, and 4.07 (standalone, not communicator) and it
happens with all of them.  this problem didn't occur on redhat 5.2.
this is a clean install of mandrake 6.  has anyone else experienced this
problem or is it just me?
