Good info.  I did some testing, by deleting the Netscape.ad file I regained the
ability to use ESC, alt-o, and my personal toolbar came back (I didn't really
notice it was missing until it came back).

I can still use C-c and C-v, but alt-c and alt-v are broken.  Weird.  Plus, I'd
like to know why some people (like me) exhibit this symptom, and others don't.

Anyway, I'm happy with the current fix since it doesn't seem to have broken
anything else, and my netscape works like I want.
