[expert] pgcc and amdK6

Just thought it should be noted that the mdk-RPM-Howto.txt states that
the proper optimization options for the amd K6 processor should be:
 
-O2 -fomit-frame-pointer -fno-exceptions -fno-rtti -pipe -s -mcpu=amdk6 
-march=amdk6 -ffast-math -miee-fp -fexpensive-optimizations

The problem with this is that pgcc 1.1.3 changed the processor
identification of the amdk6 to k6.

Also the build script needs updating as well to reflect this change.
