I duplicated the problem.
It seems the mod_perl was compiled as a DSO with an different Apache
version.
I am completely re-building the Apache server and all the modules. New
perl 1.21, php3.11, etc. I have 17 packages in all. The only thing that
remains is mod_fastcgi, and after I get it to compile as a DSO, I will
release everything, probably in a day or two.
