[expert] emulate 3 button mouse doesn't work

Hi,
Cut and Paste in my KDE doen't work after i change my display card to Riva 
TNT2. I already add the line in /etc/X11/XF86Config

Section "Pointer"
   Protocol        "PS/2"
   Device          "/dev/mouse"
   Emulate3Buttons
   Emulate3Timeout      50
EndSection

So, i this something to do with Riva TNT2 or KDE ?
