  Don't know about other countries but iso-8859-4 is practically not
used in Lithuania.

  That's in lithuanian :).

  We interested in iso-8859-13 because it is almost the same as windows-1257
encoding which dominates here. And problem is that there seems that no
fonts with 8859-13 encoding exists.
  That is our problem of course. But maybe anyone know some URLs with
free Unicode TrueType fonts?
