I do not think lo is the loopback device.  lo is the local
network device.

Swap permissions?  You must be using a swap file instead of
a swap partition.  Are you sure this is what you want to do?
Swap files work, but is a less desirable and slower alternative
to a swap partition.  If you need to change, let me know and
I will guide you.
