Hi
Don't know whether bugs in Win95 have been ported to Win98...

something they call "Win95 bug workaround". Do you use
samba out from the binary package? Maybe, recompilation
with this option turned on will help...

the
CPS rates on transfers is incredible. The other way around, tho, causes
some problems... it starts off fast, but more often than not after about
5-10MB of file transfers, the CPS rate continually drops with no more
transferring. I'm pretty sure that it's a Win98 problem because when I
had
SuSE on this same machine (dual boot) FTP back and forth worked
excellent
both ways.
