I did some checking on this.  If you do

        $ cd /usr/man/man1
        $ bunzip2 -c alias.1.bz2
        .so man1/builtins2.1
        $

you'll notice that the alias man page refers to the builtins2 man page,
except builtins2.1 doesn't exist.  Only builtins2.1.bz2 exists.

Someone else mentioned that the .rpm that installed these pages (bash?)
has an error in the .spec file so that when the i586.rpm was built,
these pages were not taken care of properly.

I'd bet any man pages in /usr/man/man1 that show up as

        -rw-r--r--   1 root     man            63

or

        -rw-r--r--   1 root     man            61

will have the same problem.  I'm not sure what to do to fix it.  I'm
contemplating unzipping all the man pages.
