G'day,

Small problem, I wish to change my method of connection (24/7) to my hub,
from PPP to Slip, the slip is in place and have connected to it via FreeBSD,
but now wish to use Mandrake V6 using slip, the problem is I get connected,
but keep getting an error message that DIP cannot open ttyS1 as it is
locked???

I remove the lock from /var/lock/, but same problem.

Not a biggie but for the life of me I cannot fix this one :-)))
