Yes, you will need an XWindows emulator for your Win95 box.  There are many out
there.  A widely used one seems to be Reflection X (from http://www.wrq.com).

To use it, just install it on your PC, set your DISPLAY environment variable on
your linux box to your PC's IP address:0  (123.123.123.123:0) and run your X
app.
